Could Iron-man handle these Superman rogues?

NO. DC wins

I think he has a chance.

As far as I know, Iron-man's armor absorbs electricity and energy and such and seems to defend him against things like sonic assaults.

Also, not sure if Parasite has to physically touch Tony to absorb his life-force or if he can do a "ranged absorption" (All-Star Superman.)
