Mandarin and Fing Fang Foom are the only real threats here with prep. Dont know what they might do with prep though

@odinforce: I know that he beat Iron Man without any rings and when he charged up Iron Man's suit to full power. Also he captured The Living Laser with his chi, TLL can't be hurt by anytihng usually and this was the first time someone actually got a hit to connect. Temugin also got a Hulk thunder clap from about 5 feet away and got up just fine.

Mandarin would just aerosolize Hulk with one of his rings,
Fing Fang Foom could throw Hulk into the Sun
Doom another stomp he BFR's Hulk with a magic spell

Doom with prep could be a crucial factor. Aside from Mandarin with all rings, don't know if any of these guys could actually do anything to the Hulk that the X-Men couldn't.

Fin Fang Foom is a package where you get all the Xmen power rolled into one big dragon
is the strength level of Colossus/Thor
He's got super speed something Hulk does not have
He's a very skilled fighter, shape shifting into human form he has a number of martial arts techniques...Hulk is not so skilled
Fin Fang Foom can burn with ranged attacks and has acid breath
He can survive in space
Fin Fang Foom is a powerful telepath
He's bigger than Hulk (shorty)
