Iron Man (Bleeding Edge) vs Thor

Iron Man has pulled out some good showings in his latest armor (fighting an amped ulik, red hulk and thor, although the fights did not conclude) . In his fight with thor, he went toe-to-toe with the latter. 
Can the golden avenger in his new armor really take out Thor?

No I think Thor's underrated. Tony usually gets close to the right amount of respect (but not completely) i saw how it read as soon as I posted and edited. "

I've been on more than a few Thor threads and have had to debate some truly stupid low balling of the thunder god. Knowledgeable debates like  Vance usually help me set them straight, but believe me there is a LOT of LOWBALLING out there. I've even had to debate for pages against one viner who truly believed that without armor Thor could be hurt by an ordinary bullet (and he had support), despite the fact that there were scans posted clearly showing him shot in the bare skin of his chest and arms and surviving a direct hit from a nuke FGS. The problem generally is posters who take PIS low showings (that are very much in the minority) as Thor's peak power levels.  "

Thor vs Gladiator(Don't bump it please)

Hehehehe hey I just like that fight with Iron Man. After Civil War I kinda hated Iron Man because he was acting like a dick and Thor is my favorite character so...as you can imagine that is one of my favorite comic moments.

Iron man. Bleeding Edge armor is pretty awesome. Tony held his own and came close a few points when he fought Thor (Odinforce) in his Thorbuster armor. On a freaking trial run at that. If Tony has prep and his Bleeding edge armor he could win.
