Round 1: it could go either way to me Danny could be physicly stronger then Iron man he has lifted a bus full of kids But Iron-man has some good strength feats as. Iron-Man definitely has the durability advantage over him but Danny has invisibility and overshadow (Granted he rarely ever uses the latter) I would say Iron-man is faster then Danny so to me the first match could go either way I would give the slight edge to Iron man on second thought.
Round 2: Danny has intangibility That would give him a major advantage over Iron man. I see him beating Iron-Man here because intangibly and Invisibility and he could also use over shadow.

Armored adventures iron man should take both rounds with round 2 being more difficult
