Iron man and magneto VS BRB

Fight takes place in time square.  Morals are off and no bfr.  Can the duo take out horse face?

I think the duo can think of something to beat BRB...but I don't want to get berated by Thor fans so I'll go with Beta :P

If morals are off, then I'm going with Bill. He'll simply just destroy the planet :P
