Iron Fist wins. WP's only chance is to land a punch that will KO IF in one hit which is a very slim chance of happening. 

Warpath's gears and skills holds little to no value against IF

• Strength = useless if you can't hit
• Agility = IF is faster and more agile
• Fighting Ability = Iron Fist stomps 
• Intelligence/Strategy = Iron Fist
• Knives = see Strength
