Guns are basically useless against Iron Fist, the Killer has no enhanced abilities, he is peak human. Iron Fist outclasses him in every single way, so Iron Fist wins 9-10 majority.
According to Killer, his power is that he's really good at killing people. Essentially he's a Punisher/Bullseye mix, and has Squirrel Girl's knack to win ANY fight. Killer is definitely underrated here. At best there's a 50/50 chance of winning. I think Killer has a much better chance than that, though. He has the same reaction time and speed of any street leveler, is more brutal, and his power is being an expert at killing people. I see the Killer winning 8/10.
