Ogata hasn't really shown his stuff yet. Even against Tanaka he was lowering himself to his opponent's level due to his(fu**** up)philosophy. I don't think Ogata has enough feats to fight Danny. I won't say anymore until someone else comments.
@dondave: @princearagorn1: Danny could never defeat Diego Quality! Though he cohld win if he hit Diego. Personally, I think elite masters are all hypersonic+ by powerscaling. And the anime covers about 140 chapters. But even so, it only finishes the very first story arc.
I don't see how Isshinsai is stronger, even with logical powerscaling. Danny has dropped the SHIELD Hellicarrier, that's way above anything short of Legebdary Master class in HSDK. Faster, I can see, however.
I think iron fist takes it just because he has feats. Even if we power scale for ogata issinsai and say he's sakaki level in physicals, he pretty much has no feats showing his full ability. add to the fact iron fist can amp his physicals to spiderman level, and has at least one striking feat worthy of hayato furinji, and i say he takes it.
