Iron Fist and Taskmaster vs Lady Shiva and Nightwing

Comic versions of all characters, all are morals on, and the fight is to the death or incapacitation. All have their standard gear and the fight takes place in Times Square. No chi for Iron Fist though. The duos start 40 yards apart and visible with cover nearby and no innocent civilians around. Who wins and why?

Iron Fist could one-shot either opponent. I guess, as morals are on, it's arguable that he wouldn't but, with Taskmaster's help, team 1 definitely win.

Edit: I didn't see the lack of chi, I'd still say team Marvel wins.

Iron fist is too much here. I know only the basics of him and i am pretty sure he is too tanky to get downed by Dicks gadgets. Is he immune to swords and pressure points?

Without Chi, I dont see anyone soloing. However, if they are working as a team, Iron Fist and Taskmaster still stomp pretty hard.

all this talk about Danny. Tony Masters is the one that solos team two. Easily. Especially with gear, that's overkill. @ghostravage

Without any Chi for Iron Fist Lady Shiva should beat him rather easly, against Taskmaster it would be a close fight with Shiva coming out on top with high-difficulty.

Nightwing should lose against either, tho...Idk, it depends, of how long can Nightwing "stay in the game", for Lady Shiva to take one of them out, and then go help him.

Overall, i think that Team Marvel would take it 6/10.

Keep in mind, that Danny has no Chi here, according to the OP.

Composite Deathstroke + Lady Shiva vs No-Chi-Danny + Tasky = stomp on Team DC's favor.

Taskmaster mimics the style of Jason Todd and one shots Shiva.

I'd say team 2. Shiva could either of the Marvel guys while she and Nightwing are more likely to work together than team 1

Also, Connor Hawke has his own version of the "copy-move abillity", and Lady Shiva still kicked his a$$.

Ok, looking at the comments on this thread, it makes sense.

@bat_girl_cc: I never go off of images, some people don't know the difference between versions so they just use whatever image they can find. I prefer to go off of what is stated, and nothing is stated about this being pre 52 so I assumed it is new 52.

Yup, Lady Shiva is a peak-human and a master of all fighting-forms, and by feats Shiva > Tasky, althout Tasky jobbs more, too...Taskmaster's skill comes more from the techniques that he has seen and copied...Connor Hawke has pretty much the same special abillity, and he also is crazy skilled, having stallemated Richard Dragon twice, defeating Silver Monkey that has got the drop on Batman, stomped the Bambbo Monkey right after he had stomped Nightwing and Robin together at the same time...and Connor has lost aginst Lady Shiva, after a very good and long fight, that last through almost the entire issue...which is, what how i see Shiva vs Tasky, close fight, with Shiva taking it, just barely.

@bat_girl_cc: i get thAt, i know lady shiva is extremly skilled and has decent stats, i just don't think she can keep up speed wise and she's not versatile enough, taskmaster is as accurate as both bullseye and hawkeye and has some awesome bow feats not to mention his special shield tech which he stole which can transform into any weapon.

But the main reason i feel he would win in a good fight is his speed, i mean this is a guy who speedblitzed someone who a panel ealier caught a bullet. So by feats task has a huge speed advantage granted it would be a good fight but his stats i feel are toogood not to mention he done incredibly well vs both cap and buck at the same time. Plus for an easy win he could just use his webshooters, his gear is very versatile

Team Marvel. Either of team 1 could last long enough against Shiva for their teammate to take out Dick and then it's a double team that Shiva won't win.

Oh, the double-speed thing? yeah, that could help him, but as far as i understand, it's a short term technique, and it wears out pretty fast, so Tasky would basically have to speed-Blitz Shiva in order to put her down quickly, before his temporarily super-speed, wear out...which i don't see happening, Lady Shiva has reacted to bullets, and to super-fast people before, and while she would most likely lose a prolonged fight against someone with meta-human speed, i don't think that she would get oneshotted or anything like that.

Fighting both Cap and WS at the same time it's very impressive, but even New 52 Shiva (who's far below her Pre-52 counterpart, by feats) did something similar, when she easly defeated both Batman and Robin on Nightwing #0 - Perpetual Motion

All in all, i think that Shiva would beat Tasky in a very close fight.

This are more or less, my thoughts as well.

Dick is good, but Shiva would probably need a better partner here.
