@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: Oh. Since you're an Avatar fan, how do you feel about Tenzin? I think he sucks.

Really wish there was more Gyatso in the series. He seemed like the best airbender ever.

@the_legendary_supersaiyan_hulk: Elric at the very beginning of the series displayed feats on par with even Sozin's Comet Iroh.

I'm thinking there's gonna need to be a bit more people for this to be a fair match-up.

@shiryu: Tenzin doesn't suck like Korra does, as much as I enjoy her hotness. Iroh is a much greater bender than Tenzin. Him and Azula were the greatest fire-benders of their time. Masters. Tenzin is simply an average air-bender. And Korra is just...*shudders*

@xlr87t3: Hotness? Korra is probably the most masculine character in Avatar history, save for some of the obvious ones like Bumi.

But yeah, I agree, I prefer Tenzin to Korra also. But I feel like after this season, Korra will start to come into her own. I'll never like her as much as Aang or Roku, but hopefully she'll be more likeable once Book 3 is all said and done.

@shiryu: i actually think that as a avatar korra might be one of the best. Even with her crappy personality, she still hasn't done some of the stuff aang was doing in book 1

@shiryu: Korra is just really aggressive. And an idiot. But she can be pretty sexy at times. If she and Bolin (super buff but very feminine) switched personalities you'll probably get what I'm saying, I think.

@alakemega123: Everything Korra can do, someone else can do better. Katara is a better waterbender, Toph is a better earthbender by far, Iroh, Azula, and even Zuko are better firebenders. But Aang has at least fully mastered airbending. And he is very good. All in all, Korra just sucks.

@xlr87t3: well i think the reason they are all better benders is not because korra is a bad bender but probably because all of the people you named were prodigies, and i think bending in the legend of korra is weaker than in the last air ender because there was a war going on at the time and legend of korra is a time where people are not forced to learn how to bend to protect their lives. They are also in a urban area so they cant bend as destructively as they could in a more rural area

I do like General Iroh, though. And Zaheer seems cool too.

@alakemega123: I agree. And a fight choreographer on the show said that the specialized technique for Airbending would be revealed in The Legend of Korra. Given that there's a sudden influx of newly-empowered airbenders, I'm certain that we will finally bear witness to the aforementioned technique.

Soundbending, maybe?

@alakemega123: Honestly, I don't either. I just threw that out there because it was a fan favorite theory.

I don't know what else they can do with airbending at this point. It's already so dynamic and versatile.

@shiryu: we were supposed to get the it for book 2 of legend of korra but they didn't do it. I think the creators are just as dumbfounded as we are and are probably just messing with us.

Now that's better, but the Team might be able to overcome him....he could easily take any combination of two of those people...

But the only combination I worry about is Iroh, Ozai, and Azula...if he can get past these, he can get past the other two without an issue.

But since they all bend the same element, that does give Ed the advantage, as he knows what to expect and his versatility should allow him to bypass their firebending. Not to mention that Roy Mustang has a similar power, but his fire is more random whereas theirs is more predictable, which gives Ed yet another advantage.

Even with the entire team against them, my money is on Elrich. It would be an epic battle though.

Even with Sozin's Comet, Ed is still far too versatile. Fire is Fire.

I don't see anything they can do that Ed can't counter. IMO, Fire was always the weakest and least versatile of all the elements.

Physically Korra is pretty hot, but personality-wise she's almost as manly as Bumi. If Korra had Bolin's personality, she would be all girly-girly, like Asami. Then you might she's hot. Understand??? (Seriously though, in the episode where she first meets Mako, when she was acting all nervous around him, her eyes were almost glued to his butt when he walked away. I shudder to think what she does to him at night.)

Iroh casually vaporized the walls of Ba Sing We with a single blast of fire. Keep in mind that the are he destroyed was easily over a hundred miles wide. Iroh takes this.

He's just too versatile.

The only way for multiple benders to be a HUGE issue would be if they were different element benders.

Like one water, one fire, one earth, etc.

Yeah Ed's versatile, but he sacrifices alot of his mobility to preform any really substantial alchemy. That's why, more often then not, he creates melee weapons. In character Edward is not gonna be using alchemy as often as his fans tend to think he does.

Elric would do better without the metal arm

Iroh, he calms him down they drink tea and then he does a cheap shot and kills huehue XD

@thatguywithheadphones: Ed is actually extremely quick with his alchemy if you ask me. Even for really complicated alchemy, like raising an entire stone fortress, he managed to do it with only a clap of his hands.

Adding in the fact that he's faster than most benders in the show, he can easily tag them with his alchemy and metal arm combo.
