Round 3: Prakoso w/ machete

Round 4: Hammer Girl & Baseball Bat Man

Round 5: The Assassin w/ Karambit knives

Round 6: Mad Dog

Final Round: Rama

Bonus Round: The Entire Gauntlet

• IP Man is unarmed.
• IP Man gets 1 hour of rest w/ full recovery in between rounds.
• In character
• No prep
• Locations:

1. Rounds 1 & 2 take place in the same room where Jaka and Mad Dog fought.
2. Round 3 takes place where in the same club/bar where Prakoso got ambushed.
3. Round 4 takes place in that same hallway pictured.
4. Round 5 takes place in the same kitchen where Rama and The Assassin fought.
5. Round 6 takes place in the same room where Rama and his brother faced Mad Dog.
6. The Final Round takes place in IP Man's house.
7. The Bonus Round takes place on that same mat where IP Man beat up those 10 Japanese soldiers from the first film.

Ehhhhh....... If he doesn't stop at 5 or 6 he clears and wrecks bonus round.

Interesting, you're the first to say that he doesn't clear, which is kind of refreshing actually. Can you please elaborate?

@super_mod: not just me but @sinntek1: too, the thing is that the assassins weapons are murder at melee range and he has plenty of stamina to go. On the side of mad dog the guy has insane damage soak and can keep on fighting, close to murdering the MC with a tube stuck on his neck. Most of the has the ability to put IP man down.

I would suggest heading to youtube and comparing the feats, I also have a feel that most people in this thread haven't watch the raid films.

@super_mod: standard gear actually puts this in rama's favor, and looking back at the scenario I would even say that Jaka has this in the bag

Jaka taking IP Man? Now that's kind of a stretch. Plus no one has standard gear. Unless it was stated in the OP, they are unarmed. Dagu, Jaka, Mad Dog, and Rama are unarmed.

Nope no guns either. Look at the OP again. Going down the list, unless you see me list the weapons with the characters or put "standard gear" or "weapons" in the the conditions, they don't have access to any.

Assassin and Rama give him a decent fight but he wins regardless.

Now look at this set-up. You see where the characters like Prakoso, the Assassin, Hammer Girl and Baseball Bat Man? Do you see the weapons descriptions next their names? Those are the only character in this gauntlet who I, the creator of this gauntlet, have allowed to use weapons. Everyone else who does not have a weapon listed next to their name do not have weapons. Do you get it now?

@super_mod: gotcha. But don't forget weapons/things available in that setting, they may start with zero but they can improvise.

You may as well throw Rama into the 50/50 split as well bc he clearly got 'better' after the events of the first film. Raid 2 Rama would have an easier time dealing with Mad Dog than Raid: Redemption Rama would.

Nope, you're over-thinking this. The chars. who don't have weapons don't get 'em, at any time, period.

Just got done watching some IP man fight scenes... he stomps.

The only one I'm not sure he could beat is Rama

It's pretty obvious why if you've seen The Raid 2...

Mad dog stops him cold.

The great advantage that wing chun has over most disciplines is that he takes control over the persons power. I don't see that happening with Mad Dog.

Mad Dogs fighting style is too unpredictable yet still be comprehensive. Remember this is the mad dog that fought 2 insane people at the same time and was winning until they started using weapons to wear him down.

Rama isn't above Mad dog for me still.

Rama is above Mad Dog... He improved in the second movie skill-wise and it is apparent to anyone who understands martial arts choreography. Rama in Raid 2 would've done better against Mad Dog than his younger self from the first movie.

It's pretty obvious Rama is better given his fight with the Assassin vs Mad Dog's fight with the Assassin.

If anything the fight with Mad Dog won't be much different from this one.
