Higher than that of Parallax. He was like Parallax (pre retcon) plus Starheart and has shown nigh omnipotence whereas Parallax's greatest feats came from utilizing not his own power but the remnants of COIE.

I can't call a winner on this fight though. I have absolutely zero knowledge on Mephisto and Dormammu.

like the fight but dont know enough to comment, going off of what little Ive seen of these characters I would bet on team 1
