i would have to go with sue here. her force fields and level of experience would trump emma frost. plus she has defeated people that affect the mind. like the psycho man.

Why not? Light and sounds make it through just fine, so telepathy should work just as well. TK is another matter, as it's similar to Sue's shield in a way, they likely cancel each other out. (The Jean Grey version Sue got the better of only had TK at the time).
Besides, we already saw Emma's TP affect Sue and the others behind her shields in X4 #1 (X-Men/Fantastic four mini from 2005).
The winner in this case would likely be whoever strikes first, as both powers work with the speed of thought.

I agree with you but i'll disagree with one thing....sound can't make it through the shield...during American son arc where spidey fought venom....venom run away and try to call for help from bullseye but there was Sue and block his voice with a shield...=]

it blocked hard psi not telepathy, Jean was not a telepath and Psi Lord was attacking with tangible psionic force, he used telepathy after the shield was down, but that is no indication that he couldn't before, as his tactics had clearly changed. Sues shield has been proven ineffective to telepathy three times, Cable, Onslaught and apparently Emma Frost have used telepathy through her shield. "
then why Psilord had to trick her to stop using her shields in order to enter her mind?
@Edamame: I've already seen this scan and in reading the text Jean was using TK and not TP. IW was referencing a "floating trick...." which indicates TK. I have also seen the scan of Emma using TP while IW was in her forcefield and she was effected.
jean was not a tp then. does anybody have any evidence of sue getting taken down by a tp with her shield up? i know i saw one scan but it was not canon. i still think sue can beat emma.
It doesn't look like Sue's shields can block the kind of invasive telepathy that Emma uses, so Sue has no way to keep Emma from mind-raping her. The White Queen wins.
