I could see him doing similar things to what he did to Dr. Light. He used a sort of shield to be immune to Light's powers - though that might just work on Light. However, Vic didn't have prep during that fight.

Both get prep time, Cyborg is better at prep than her but she isn't an idiot. What are some great Cyborg feats?
