Team Inuyasha pretty easily. One hit kills Team DMC from Sesshoumaru, and he's fast enough to do it. Plus Meido Zangetsuha.

Either Inuyasha or Sesshomaru clear the whole of devil may cry and with no effort, the ultimate of Inuyasha alone would be able to wipe out all dmc characters at the same time if they went at him, those videogame original verses tend to be extremely weak in comparison and their disappointing feats usually come from quick time events and these shorts of computer mechanics, although devil may cry does have an anime and manga aswell but their feats there are also dependant on the videogames and are nowhere near what Inuyasha has done

edit: you can see the obvious bias below by the few remaining dmc fans without any actual visible statements because there are not any, just by looking at the disappointing and weak enemies that dante and vergil faced and had a hard time with them it gives an extremely disappointing picture in comparison with the overwhelming powers that Inuyasha has faced just in the first arcs alone, including his brother Sesshomaru, either of them blink devil may cry verse with no effort at all
