I admittedly don't know a lot about IGV beyond what was said in the thread of him vs. Thought Robot. It was the general consensus that IGV could take down TR (which I have a hard time buying), but I have a *really* hard time betting against WPOTC.
Bump and I’ll go against the grain and argue for Genis-Vell. She’s obviously more powerful but Genis has killed beings more powerful than her and I don’t see why she’s any different despite her limited feats.
He‘s also able to:
Collapse the HoM warp, which is insane but elected to leave it as is because he’s tired of making decisions like that for everyone
Kill entire armadas of waring alien races by manipulating the energy in their brains to convince them they’re dead as if it was child’s play
He’s immune to telepathy, and an “omniversal telepath” himself
Survive destruction of the multiverse
Open portals through space and time at a whim
Remain unchanged by effects of time manipulation because he’s a stone in the stream, unmoved.
Literally 1-shot Eternity, a multiversal being likely more powerful than WPotC (despite Eternity wanting to die, the fact that Genis-Vell provided suffice by force to ”crush him” should speak to his power output)
Resurrect the dead and even himself lol just like she can.
WPotC is obviously uber powerful but her most mentioned “feat” of holding a universe in her hand and repairing it is actually out of context.
The "universe" that she held was actually a visualization in her hands while she was in the white hot room.
She only "repaired" the universe indirectly by making Scott make the right decision. In the grand scheme she has more limited feats than Insane Genis-Vell, and even though she’s portrayed as an uber-cosmic character I certainly don’t believe she/host could survive the same output that killed Eternity. It’s likely impossible to kill the Phoenix permanently but I think he could put her down for the count just as easily as she could him.
