Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet vs Superman with the Cosmic Armor

CIS and PIS are off, both are bloodlusted
The Infinity Gauntlet and Cosmic Armor are completely functional in this battle

The cosmic armor will adapt to whatever the IG throws at it. I think it's closer to HOTU in power, imo.

So Superman should beat Thanos.

The Thought Robot exists outside of reality as we know it as we know it and the thing isn't even made of matter its made of ideas. These qualities make leave it mostly untouchable by the IG. As well as the instant adaptation too.

The realm that Superman was in when he was in the Cosmic Armor was beyond the Multiverse, it was beyond space and time. Superman may not even notice Thanos' pathetic attempts to attack him.

I don't care. They need to stop calling it Cosmic Armor because it's not called cosmic armor, and it's not armor in any sense of the word.

I'm talking about the thought robot which Superman's consciousness inhabited to battle Mandrakk. It has absolutely no relation to the definition of the word armor.

if it was robot, like i said Iron man ALSO had a sentient robot that he sometimes operated remotely, it was still called an armor, and i think its creation is a non-issue.

i understand that you're thinking that a robot is by no means an "armor" in the conventional sense, but comic book sense i could see how thats the case

Iron Man's robots are designed to be armor, their function as robots is secondary. This is not the case here. The line is quite clear if you think about it.

Not to mention it was called a freaking thought robot.

@AtPhantom: nnono, leme try to remember which armor it was, its suppose to function purely through remote control since Tony was injured and couldn't go on active duty. Its the one that ultron gave sentience to.

besides "cosmic thought robot" doesn't have that finese in the name =X....thats right when it comes down to it, its the naming sense!

@Killemall: Really? Even though Thought Robot's Feats are limited it proved it as an above Multiversal Level and IG is Universal. Anything that has Multiversal feats can beat the IG.

Agreed. Cosmic Armour is near featless. IG has solid Feats that win. Hell Mandrax beaten could easily been replicated by IG.

IG wins due to real feats.

Not true at all. Where are you getting that 616 IG is universal?

1. Infinity Wars, Magus with IG (incomplete IG) was put against ultimate nullifier ( a weapon which was destroyed and recreated multiverse) and Magus was simply able to turn a blast from Ultimate Nullifier back on the user (Quasar)

2. During Infinity War, Magus with IG (incomplete IG) merged 2 universes.

3. During Infinity Gauntlet saga Thanos with IG beat all abstracts with a mere whim, and you know Eternity for one has multiversal feats too.

People saying IG is universal have not read enough on IG.

Also Though Robot being multiversal comes from ABC logic. A featless character called Mandraxx was a threat to a multiverse, and though robot beat him, thats about all it has ever done.

That by itself doesnt make it universal power level. Also the recent (3 months ago) Hickman's run of Fantastic Four, War of Four Cities clearly showed 616 IG is far more powerful than any other IG anyways.
