I don't think he'd solo, but he has the ALE, and it's PC DS from TGDS! I"m gonna go on a limb here and say that your not sure of which version this is and haven't read TGDS or what it may even possibly stand for?

Overly assuming. Regardless, it's not possible to come to a conclusive discussion involving characters of this level; it all is in mere speculation. Especially when it includes one of my most favorite characters(Rune King Thor) and all people do(some) is bash his level.

More properly, I think the ALE could potentially solo. It's hard to say. The good versions of the ALE (Kirby's and Simonson's) worked pretty much perfectly on anything with a mind, but then again, the most powerful things they were ever used on were Darkseid and a Promethean Giant. Extrapolating that to RKT and Galactus is a bit of a jump though, which is why I think it's hard to say. The impression I got from Kirby's writing is that the ALE was intended to pretty much work on anything with free will, but again, never actually used on a high-tier cosmic being, so it's hard to say. When Starlin used it in DotNG, the ALE definitely had limits, but then, the Source is pretty high up the food chain.
I'm doubtful Darkseid could match either of team 2 by himself, even at GDS levels.
@entropy_aegis: Derp. Can't believe I forgot that (especially since I was just thinking about the fact Orion lost the use of the ALE). Yeah, Simonson really showed the ALE as a serious threat to anything that thinks. Ecruous could make a decent case for it affecting RKT or Galactus (of course, RKT's full power seems pretty debatable as well).
