Imperial Guard invades DC Earth

The Imperial Guard enters the DC Universe and decides to take it over. They have sealed Earth off so no one but Earth-bound heroes can fight. The Imperial Guard has all of their technology, 4 days prep and knowledge of DC's hardest hitters. And just for the fun of it, the Imperial Guard also has Deathbird on their side.

Rules:

1. No BFR or blitzing

2. No morals, to the death

 Superman and Wonder Woman are all you really need

wow. This is a huge mis match!!!!! teh imperial guard is waaaaaayyyy outnumbered. Taking on whole DCU earth??? way too many high powered individuals here, and DCU guys are used to invasion/takover scenarios. lord marvel, black adam, dr.fate, cap atom, firestorm, wonder woman, superman, alan scott and any/all earth based green lanterns, flash family, martian manhunter.......these guys ALONE waaayyy overpower the imperial guard let alone the members of : JLA, JSA, and all the other teams. Also, what about the involvement of spectre or phantom stranger?????

The Imperial Guard doesn't have a chance.
