Superman wins because he knows about the K-ring and he's still able to blitz Batman. Also, based on the title, I'm guessing this was meant to be spite.

@Superguy1591: No, you asked how would Batman know Superman would attack him and I answered. In fact, if you're so angry about Batman and his prep then don't give him prep in the battle. It seems quite contradictory to me. If you don't like Batman and just want to see him get beat by Superman in the battle threads, there are many topics already made for that purpose, no point in making another one when there are an abundance of them.
Batman win's beacuse he spends his billions of dollars to build a super alien mech suit with kryptonite bullets and lazers. The fight takes 30 seconds when batman shots a 1000 kryptonite bullets into superman. Either that or he just blocks out the suns yellow light and kicks his regular human strength ass.

He's only a better acrobat because Superman isn't an actual acrobat at all. Being an acrobat =/= an advantage for Batman.
@Amegashita: It's stated that give Batman prep time and he can take down anyone. So I have Batman at his best, and Batman's opponents always just walk into the fight like idiots so I gave Superman prep, too.
@Decoy Elite: To be honest, I was hoping someone would give me a plausible way for Batman to take down Superman because there seems to be a belief that Batman can take down anyone. Batman fans have the belief that he's unstoppable, I just want to hear how they came to this belief. It's been nagging at me for years.
It's some what of a spite thread because in my mind I can't see anyway Batman would win and most sane comic book fans would agree with me, but I really want to know. I've had this fight with my friends for years now and there answer is always "Batman would probably have (Fill in the blank) in his belt), but how would he get it out before a person that moves at lightspeed could punch him?

Errr Superman would rip batman to pieces before Batman's neurons can exchance information. There is NOTHING Bats can do to win. Superman can trow the moon at the planet or just blow up the planet up. Hell he can just burn the continent to ashes where Bats is
Batman can have all the K he whants its not going to help him. Hell a sneeze from Sups is all its needed to win this.
Yeah if Superman really wanted to put a end to Batman...no matter how much prep you give Batman....if Superman decides to end him its over. Batman can surround himself with kryptonite and it wouldnt matter. Superman has light speed....he is a genius also so being 2 steps ahead wont help him here. His only shot is to make Superman believe he is already dead and sneak up on him...otherwise FTL and Super heat vision toast batman.
