I'll go out on a limb and say that the Supervillains would win in general and someone like the Red Skull would win in particular.

Among the heroes I'll give it to the walking retcon that is the Sentry...

you would think the villains would win as it takes all of the fantastic 4 to beat 1 dr doom and the avengers often strugle against 1 villain as do the x-men. i take it the justice league have the same scenario

If this is Heroes only then Silver Surfer, Dr. Strange, or Dr. Fate have it. If Dr.'s get taken out too fast before they can cast some serious whip the floor with everyone spell, then Surfer has got it.

The SIlver surfer is faster than the flash and he can just turn the flash into a rock and for the batman thing, The surfer really lacks a weakness.

Flash would be one of the early departures. Someone like Silver Surfer would see how dangerous he was with his speed and would just take him right out.

Maybe. There are a lot of heroes. Maybe Pheonix is considered a hero in this one, with her full powers. I wouldn't automatically give him a win over her. Franklin Richards, The Doctor from the Wildstorm Universe, Doctor Strange... there are a lot of people who could possibly defeat Silver Surfer.
