Umm, is bumble bee really street level?

Uuuuum, not a 100% sure. I mean he is a car size robot with a blaster cannon. So..... High tier street level? I do not think his durability is pass say Luke Cage or Iron Man, and his strength is less than Spider Man.

Anyway.....
