Intelligence for one....
But Icon threw a punch at superman in World's Collide, then flew out after superman, Hardware responded "The fight of the century and we don't get to see it."....
Later Superman and Icon are shown chilling next to each other on the tower floating in space, superman asking if icon thinks they bought it (the diversion icon made was fake to get Superman alone to talk about the danger their universes were in), icon says something about trying to make it convincing, Superman says to icon that is an understatement, because "That's probably the hardest i've ever been hit"............
This is a testament to Icon's strength........
His stats roughly parallel Superman's and he has gone toe to toe with him a few times, but Icon's has lower invunerabiliyt than Superman (it has been inconsistent, though it does take a significant amount of force to hurt Icon), Icon makes up for this with a very effiecient healing factor....
Icon also has the ability to shoot blasts of positron energy from his hands..............
Icon should be able to take Bizzarro if PIS is off (Bizzarro beating WW, challenging Superman who should be able to easily outsmart/outmaneuver him etc.....).........
I've even seen Batman take down Bizzaro (ironically the same comic in which Bizarro disrespected WW smh)........
