@kingogkings777: care to explain? Byakuya had near similar concept of power as magneto(manipulation of materials of a kind). yet 100million blade pieces couldn't tag ichigo. Magneto could throw large stadiums at ichigo but ichigo has enough damage output to bust stadiums

Until we get the answer "Is Ichigo's sword made of metal or Spirit Particles?" then it's a mystery who wins here.

Magneto stomp Ichigo, he have lightspeed reaction so he's not getting blitzed, he's shield can tank planetary level attack so Ichigo won't make a dent to it. He can conjur up electrical storm, move giant planet sized bullet, and screw up earths magnetic pole enough to cause global extinction.

Current Magneto gets stomped. Pre AvX Magneto stomps as long as he doesn't get blitzed.

Magneto is not so easily blitzed he has reacted to Quicksilver and Northstar who is considerably faster than Quicksilver because he can move at light speed but doesn't because it would destroy the environment. As long as he can iron rip and still has his reflexes he can definitely take this fight.

I think some people are mistaken about Magneto's powers. It's not just the ability to control metal, but the ability to control the entire electromagnetic spectrum. This includes magnetism, but also a whole plethora of other powers as well.

@omgomgwtfwtf: I think its because Magneto's powers are a bit too difficult for many to understand. They just think "controls metal," which is a bare minimum.

Meh. Ichigo could blitz, sure, but Magneto's dealt with speedsters before, rather easily. Getsuga Tensho wouldn't make it past Magneto's shields.

The only way I can see Ichigo winning is via Soul Crush, but IIRC he's never shown knowledge of performing it on purpose.
