Well Im more inclined to go with Yusuke here but I know little of Ichigo I mean Yusuke was putting down Class S demons at the end of his series.. Dude had MAJOR firepower...

Ichigo could destroy life on this planet too. How fast can Yuskue run? Faster than light? I think ichigo would win this fight easily, seeing as he was owning Aizen before using mugetsu. Even His sword SWINGS cut mountains. That was him at his prime. But then again i haven't watched Yu Yu Hakoshou in ages. Inform me.

Genkai also taught Yuskue the spirit wave reflection technique which when someone attacks him with spiritual energy he can then reflect their own attacks back at them.
