If I'm, correct Inuyasha is able to interact with spirits so no "Ichigo is a soul" b.s. In swordsmanship, they have both proven themselves multiple times. However, Ichigo has received some form of training from Urahara so he may take that. In speed: Ichigo. Inuyasha has shown himself to be succeptable to speed blitzes by Sesshomaru. In blast power: Ichigo only has getsuga tenshou while Inuyasha has several attacks, even without tessaiga. His backlash wave will likely hurl back Ichigo Gt. But, I think Ichigo wins ths solely due to speed.
Ichigo. Probably without using his hollow mask. But I would say that Inuyasha might be able to get Ichigo to hit Bankai. And because Morals apply, Inuyasha gets healed if Ichigo has anyone nearby who can do that.
I actually finished the Inuyasha Manga, so I know Inuyasha can do better than the backlash wave. If Inuyasha uses that beastly attack made up of blades that send anything they touch individually to that "hell" dimension, that may actually be a problem for Ichigo if it hit him since it can't be blocked or parried... at least not by Ichigo. Nine times out of ten though Ichigo wins this with little to no difficulty.
People seem to forget that even at the start of the Manga Inyuasha was leaping miles and putting dents in mountains and only got stronger this is a a way closer fight than what is being let on
