Ichibei could win with that light speed palm attack or the giant curbstomp move he beat Ywach with. You guys really need to understand that the Naruto characters have poor durability, Kaguya had some offense but no durability feats the way I see it. She can't take even one curbstomp from Ichibei.
Kaguya stomps. She can easily one-shot him with a bone projectile or one of her perfect susanoo wrecking palms, whereas Ichibei has nothing to hurt her with (his hax ability wouldn't even work since names have nothing to do with a character's power in Naruto)

it actually could go either way. their powers are very close (the hands they can create). but while her powers are specifically to swap dimensions and destroy thing ichibei can literally take away her powers and rename her a actual bunny, their speed are close i would say while Kaguya's hands are more powerful that wouldn't be enough to defeat that guy. the nijuu-dama would be a pain but Ichibei can use that blackness to increase his powers and just by remaming her or cutting her in half he can win. Kaguya is more powerful but Ichibei has way more hax and versatily to actually her victory. I would say Ichibei 7/10.

Dude Kaguya is dumb. Like really dumb, zero to no real battle skills. I know virtually none of the naruto fan base saw it but i did. Kaguya got wrecked by the old shadow windmill tactic but with new moves involved. Again, she is dumb. If this other guy has a killing move and has a decent IQ I'd say he stomps.

Let me start with Kaguya is a dumb princess she is no strategies like Ichibei and she would need Black Zetsu for this to even be fair:
-Kaguya is planet level when she has no Feat.
-Moon Level isn’t Planet level.
-Did you forgot that Kaguya was defeated by Chibaku Tensei Moon level. TWICE and performed by TWO people at the same time, i don't know that makes Hagoromo, his brother, Sasuke or Naruto Moon Level. Which means she's not planet level in “STRENGTH” OR “DURABILITY”
-Sakura manage to hurt Kaguya. so no Kaguya isn’t planet level. No P.I.S since she was said to be on par with Naruto and Sasuke earlier on the war and adknowledge by two legendary genins.
-She also show no Planet level attack. (Only Statements and it was canceled before she did it.)
-The fight Happened in Her OWN DIMENSION. She control everything on her own Dimension.
-It's like Mephisto inside his Own dimension, he can control anything he wants to.. But outside of his own dimension Mephisto is limited.
-So don't come up with Planet level Kaguya as inside her own dimension which she is powerful. Outside of her dimension She isn’t that powerful because this is “VS FORUM” where you fight them in “Neutral Area”. Not someone inside dimension.
This rule above can be changed by the Op if he alouds, or if Kaguya switches dimensions.
Ichibei names her “WHore” then he rapes her:
1. She isn’t touching ichibei
2. She will be in blank ink before she knows what hit her.
3. She gets stomped literally by a huge foot.
4. Shinigami's and Hollows are immune to Infinite Tsukuyomi because they are dead. Just like Edos weren't affect it by it. It only affect living beings to absorb their chakra, oh wait.
5. TSB get inked. TSB can't negate Ink since is not Ninjutsu. It could turn some of it into sand but by then it already loss the name and power.
6. Ichibei cuts through the essence of name.
7. Kaguya and Ichibei both have dimension range attacks, no one is blitzing anyone.
8. The inner part of Kaguya's dress is black.
9. Kaguya isn’t even Mach 300. Kakashi was able to touch her with Kamui Raikiri, Kakashi teleported himself in front of her and Stab her with Raikiri. If She was Mach 300, she would reacted to it. Like Minato “Teleported In Front of Madara, Madara reacted to it”. and Clearly Minato is still faster than Kakashi in term of combat speed. Kamui does not give you any advantage of Combat speed reaction. It just a Space Time Ninjutsu. It doesn't boost your hand swinging speed. Kaguya can only teleport.
