So she can win with no counter.
Iceman simultaneously exists in every water particle across planet and can reform as long as there is single molecule of moisture around him. He was able to disintegrate organic/inorganic matter and extremly durable beings like Thor via molecular moisture conversion. I highly doubt if Monica has answer against that. Furthermore , Bobby has shown to literally freeze photons and redirect it as ice blast which practically makes her energy physiology including light-form useless in combat.

He doesn't need to see you to freeze you as his powers allow him to know where everything is naturally.

He still had the planet under his power until the very end of the last issue, it's why at the end when Iceman and Wolverine are having a conversation and Iceman admits he could do it all again and no one could stop him. You also forget that Iceman disintegrated Thor and the X-men after the seed was removed too as his range of powers is well unstoppable depending on his morals.

Because from what i gathered that seed actually did amp Iceman, which is openly admitted in the book. Ergo Iceman's feats are invalid.
Bolded: Monica could actually destroy Iceman via Photodissociation (seperation of Water molecules via UV/X-ray/Gamma Radiation). And where "13 years" prior did Iceman transfer consciousness across the globe?
and we go into the comic where it's confirmed it didn't amp his powers in the slightest.

And how fast has he shown to freeze things? Please don't say instantly because that's not an adequate unit of speed when light speed is part of the conversation, if monica starts getting frozen at a snails pace in her perspective she could just turn intangible or multiply herself and move away

How fast can he freeze things at absolute zero, the speed isn't stated but it's quick. It makes me wonder does Monica have any feats of her form being absolute zero'd or her atoms being frozen at that temperature since Proxima Midnight was able to tag Monica during Infinity (IIRC) so it's likely Iceman can tag her too.
@cosmoman: Your scans speak for themselves, he was apparently never amped other than mentally. Impressive, meaning the claim he would respawn anywhere in the world is valid... and problematic. Doubt he could get through Monica's Photodissociation however, or even catch her for that matter (as I've shown she can dodge 100's of light speed attacks at once).
The problem is has she ever used photodissociation against any one the caliber of Iceman ?.
Underlined: Yeah... that never happened, they were transported under the Ice but it never stated they were "Disintegrated". Scan?
He moved them by disintegrating them and reforming them and that's what makes morals off Iceman such a beast.
Underlined: Monica has no record of ever being slowed down by absolute zero in my experience. Matter of fact she has been shown to freeze others to absolute zero with no effect on her own body (that was touching said victim).
Still she has no feats of resisting Iceman's level of attacks in human form or as energy.
Bolded: P.M. putting down Monica is not applicable for Iceman as he does not utilize the same abilities (in this case Black Light, which moves at light speed and is consistent). Iceman is still far too slow for this battle.
wasn't consistent against Captain America as he managed to react to them and block one or two of them, I can see Iceman being able to slow her due to her atoms which he can freeze psionically.
