I think Hal has this. If Hal can fly through space, His personal shield should be able to withstand the extreme temperatures Bobby can throw at him. Hal can contain him in a construct or melt him (after seeing that bobby cannot be destroyed) and then contain him.
I personally would think Bobby would put up a really good fight. But I cant see him winning in the long run. I feel like Lantern could break out of or smash right through whatever he constructs
Lol I love how no one is educated on iceman. Iceman has so many options while hal doesn't have one. If bobby wanted he could transfer his consciousness into the water in hals body then expand. Iceman has so many options to stomp

I don't know if Hal bubble can contain someone who can grow 100 feet tall (Yes Iceman can do that) and while he's growing, he's getting stronger. And yes, Iceman doesn't need a straight line since he only need to think to freeze Hal (The water is already in Jordan's body). Bobby can project ice powers from anywhere, he has shown teleportation ability and he can turn to vapor or transfer his consciousness in a molecule of water and reform. There's no way Hal with morals on can contain that.

GL just have to contain bob in a Vacuum bubble, without his feet on the ground or air to breathe i pretty sure we'll not be able to grow or move around, and the bubble can be opaque so bob doesnt see him (he cant attack what he cant see) and in Apokolips I pretty sure bob constructors will be no good, in my view bob will faint in the bubble, but since the fight is to death, Stalemate since GL wouldnt or probably coudnt kill him

He cant transfer himself from a vaccum lock space, he needs atmosphere to do this, and again you're forggeting about Apokolips, where his powers would drain faster
I'm not saying that GL wins 10/10, but i think its not a stomp when you look the battlerground and fully realizes what GL ring can do, bob would never, NEVER break a GL constructor without PIS in APOKOLIPS
Even if bob doesnt need to breath(wich i dont know if we does/doesnt) the environment(from APOKOLIPS and from GL constructor) win be his downfall, but even so it'll be a Stalemate
It really boils down to whether or not Hal's shields can prevent Bobby from manipulating the water found in Hal's body. Not sure how Hal can kill bobby though.

Temperature Control: The Ring can increase or decrease the temperature of anything, even something as large as stars, or even create bubbles of intense heat or cold, even down to Absolute Zero. This could be seen in the recent Sinestro Corps War when Sallak used his ring to incase an enemy in a force bubble an incinerate him.
Thats why i'm saying bob couldnt froze his blood, come'on GL personal shield will not allow outside attacks, can even block TP, so yeah you may or may not agree that bob couldnt mess with hal's body, so we'll have to agree to disagree
@sama_el: Dude go inform yourself on what Iceman can do and his feats. He's a omega level mutant, he can block heat temperature. And iceman flash freezing Hal's blood takes less than a second. I don't think the ring can block an absolute zero level attack.
I'm not arguing with you anymore. Before debating you need to know the two characters and what they can do. I know what a ring can do and it's not enough here. Iceman stomps.
Oh and, Iceman can reform infinitely. SO if Hal burns him, Bobby would reform.
