Iceman would have to be written by Leob to stand a chance, Darkseid has a firepit instead of a normal bloodstream so he could just stand there for as long as he wants.

Yeah...this really isn't fair. Knowing about the Omega Beams and actually being able to do anything about them (nevermind the multitude of other powers) is something else entirely.
