Idk probably constatine but iceman has fought the likes of Red Hulk, Iron Fist, Thing amd others when hes in character and won most of them except against Rulk who he stalemated with

Bobby if this is without prep...with prep Constantine is a problem and takes it with little effort...

If current, and with no prep, we've seen John lose individual battles in his ongoing series. Yes, the badguys don't kill him, but they still manage to catch him and he does slip up sometimes. I don't know enough about Ice Man, but Constantine is fairly skilled at thinking on his feet and can pull out a win if Ice Man can't KO him early in the fight,
