Being badass doesn't mean he win. Iceman is just in another league. His control over ice is far better.

Iceman entire body can be frozen, and broken down to bits and still repair. Hell his main form is a frozen human.

He can create Ice duplicates of himself.

New 52 cold can still raise the Cold Field, and idk how anything that's not a speedster could move through that. Then again, Len can't kill Bobby and Bobby probably can't alter the field temp faster than Len can throw it to absolute zero again. I would say stalemate on account of theoretical physics for now...

Cold Field will have no affect on Bobby. He'll just walk right through it. Or just manipulate Cap's Body Temperature...putting him to sleep. Or Create a Duplicate of himself inside the field. Etc.

Has Bobby shown he can survive absolute zero?

He's shown that he can completely reform himself from vapor.

How will the cold field have no effect on bobby? Have you seen him walk through cold fields before? Has he had the kinetic energy ripped from his atoms?

Because he should be able to manipulate the cold field.

This isn't even a question bobby curbstomp.

Bobby can put down the cold field flash freeze him rip the moisture from him and create a clone inside the field. People really aren't educated on bobby these days...

Realistically there isn't much Cold can do to Bobby, even if we do succumb to the idea that Bobby's body, when frozen, renders him immobile, he could still manipulate the cold field that Captain Cold himself is generating.

Bobby doesn't even need a body to operate, he transcends his own physical form. The only thing saving Cold is Bobby's morals.

And just an FYI, Bobby can create and manipulate absolute zero fields as well, and has done so on multiple occasions.

Can I see said instances of absolute zero manipulation?

Last I checked, Bobby's powers worked in an entirely different way than Len's.

Bobby Drake wins easily.

How can they freeze each other if they both can survive absolute 0?

Used it once against Kuruuth, I think once against Colossusnaut, and once against Surfer.

Ask me again tomorrow and I'll dig up the scans, but he can produce these fields instantly, and without touch.

Lets put it this way. When you're betting on who would win if it comes down to a physical confrontation, I generally side with the guy who doesn't need a body to operate and fight.

We really don't know enough about Cold in the New 52 either. He was basically created by surviving an explosion that hit him with his own tech's effects, and who knows what kind of state his physiology is in after that accident. (btw, still not a fan of the new Rogues stuff either. Evan McCulloch as Mirror Master >>>>>> Sam Scudder as Mirror Master)

@sebast_allen: in character means no fatal attacks. And the cold field makes all cold attacks moot. Kinetic energy would fail. Esp if Snart has his stupid as ---- ice powers. Nether will get a win with morals on.

Iceman can go absolute zero pretty much instantly as its nothing to him.

as its been said only thing saving cap cold is Iceman's morals other wise Iceman flash freezes the planet & kills everything.

Cold can't hurt Bobby and Bobby has lots of abilities that supercede Cold's field. Quite the mismatch (Though I still don't buy that Bobby actually makes absolute zero).

C'mon now, that movie was awful on several levels of terribad but Arnold did the best he could with the bowl of sh*t provided to him. He was the only good part of that movie.

Wow people seriously thought absolute zero (something Iceman has been able to manipulate for decades) would be enough to kill Iceman back then? Just goes to show how stupid fanboys can be when they're so loyal to DC or Marvel that they don't even have the most basic knowledge on the character.
