Stops at Darkseid. Darkseid bloodlusted is no joke, with time manipulation he could Omega Beam everything. Clears the rest though.

I am not sure if time manipulation could stop Iceman since the astral part of his powers might live on leaving Iceman alive. Now the Omega beams could go either way since i don't think he can omega beam small water particles (steam) or even know which Iceman (clone) is really him.

@hellionvulcan: I meant that he could slow time and then Omega Beam all water on Earth. As ridiculous as that sounds, it's Darkseid, he could probably bust the planet or something.

He either clears, or stalemates IMO; without anything such as KO counting as a win..
