Well he is a Herald of Galactus, so he is around Silver Surfer level if we add in that.

He doesn't only have fire powers, he wields the power cosmic and got energy manipulation as well, also add in that he is superhuman. Here is an example.. Taking hit from a angry Thor

Well technically he wouldn't lose either... He couldn't beat firelord but firelord really couldn't do anything to him either... And just because they are cosmic doesn't mean a human or earth being can't beat them... Strange could beat firelord,, and well there is franklin Richards too....anyway that is off topic... but it does stop at firelord...

Firelord could split Iceman to atoms then remove his conscious for existence.

How would Iceman beat Human Torch? I get it that Iceman is crazy, omega level mutant, reform from water vapor, practically unkillable and can freeze people on a molecular level.

But how would he freeze someone who can go as hot as the sun?

@icecold14: I see. I'm sure we are all in agreement that Iceman trumps the majority of fire-users in comics. I love giving my opinion...and I try to give a reason...that is if I have near-full knowledge of the characters.

That doesn't answer my question. Freezing Earth and Hell is fine and dandy, but how is he going to freeze someone who's as hot as the sun. Hell's temperature is unquantifiable, so that's moot and freezing Earth isn't as improbable as freezing the Sun's temperature.

I'm not saying Human Torch would beat him, but Iceman has stated that he can go very close to absolute Zero, which is −273.15°, while the temperature of the sun is around 5600 °C. If Iceman could go Absolute Zero which breaks physics, then yea I could see him putting out Human Torch, but how would he freeze HT temperature and fire?
