Animated version Hyperion takes it here. In all other cases i'd say Superman though.

JLU Superman has the power to feature on a watchable show. Avengers Assemble Hyperion does not. He sadly wins a fight through. JLU Superman was super-nerfed to make for more even ensemble stories.

Animate Hyperion takes this one. The entire Avengers Roster couldn't do anything to him for a long time, everything they threw at him he shrugged off.

Hyperion wins wins IMO.

Hyperion is way more impressive than Superman. Though I would like to see the new Hyperion go against big blue in a death battle. Hope they keep with the Godly strength that comics Hyperion has displayed up to now.

I'd like to see a battle with this same hyperion Vs the superman from JLWAR. Maybe throw in wonderwoman from War and miss marvel from emh. Seems like a ok battle, anyway Hyperion takes this. Superman was powerful but pretty nerfed. Then again he did knock Darksied across the city if that counts for anything.

Hyperion hands down. He was shown to take down Avengers with ease.

Hyperion took on a team including a Hulk that held up Manhattan and ome of the strongest animated Thors; Supes was maybe island level.

^^^^^video. There was kinda sorta kryptonite, one of Superman's few weaknesses in his immediate presence.

There was multiple times throughout JL, JLU, Superman TAS and all the other canon cartoons where Superman was downed by simple tasers or getting shocked.

I know, I think the series finale of JL was one of them. I'm sure he was nurfed as was Hyperion. He was "hurt" as he stated by Falcon's flashbangs.

BTW, at the time I was actually pointing out how the video didn't prove anything

JL was a good show but they nerfed the characters drastically. Hulk held up New York by himself and Hyperion maxed him in strength multiple times. IIRC "he diced a meteor the size of the Grand Canyon into cheese cubes" (quote made by Cap) w/ his heat vision.

That was the only time I could remember of him fighting Joker in the show, off the top of my head.

youre actually going to pay attention to that. in the first few seconds he casually lets a shield hit him in the eyes and wasnt bothered at all...he was also taking punches from hulk and continued on the fight..electrocuted by thor, then caught his hammer mid swing... and so on...it doesn't seem odd to you that he felt that punch from cap?
