The Hydralisk should be able to take this fight, but not without taking a lot of damage.
Hydralisks have projectiles capable of destroying human-sized mechs, and with sustained fire can bring down vehicles. Long range should be a snap for the Hydralisk.
up close claw to claw, the Hydralisk has demonstrated great strength, as seen in the cut-scenes of SC2, where they break down walls like they were the kool-ade man, or cimb up from under ground and destroy nearby walls in their escapes.
Generally, they rate higher than the Xenos. The things in favor of the Xenos are the acid blood, which should burn through the hydralisk and the inner-jaw stirke, which has punched through metal in the past. If the Xeno can get the drop on the Hydralisk, i think that is almost a gauranteed kill.
Hydralisk 8/10 in open conflict. Alien 9/10 in ambush.
