Hush Vs....

Who would be the perfect caliber villain or hero to fight Hush to a stalemate? Doesn't have to be a fist-fight, other planner type characters are perfect.

I'd like to see Hush face the current Red Hood

Bane would curbstomp Hush, and Hush would beat Rorschach to death and use his mask to wipe the blood off his shoes. Neither option conforms to what the OP is asking for.

Barbara Gordon as Batgirl, maybe. Or Damian Wayne. Hush is really quite unimpressive.
