Cap stomps. Faster/stronger/more durable/more endurance/better weapon/more experience/better fighting skills.

Huntress is prettier though.

From I have seen on Helena's respect thread, she's very good at h2h, has pretty impressive marksmanship, and can be a dirty fighter. But against Cap...she loses horribly. She's just outclassed.
