The skrull wins...but if it's a hunt where the skrull hunts the predators and the only thing they need to do is escape the planet, i could see a few predators making it out a live. but a battle? no sir.....

Super Skurll would stomp, there are soo many ways he could win.

I'd say the Predators might have a chance if they plasma spam Skrull?
 
I don't know too many of Skrull's feats, but it ain't looking good for the berserker predators (or any type of predator) 
higher level Marvel or DC characters tend to be a bit too overpowered to be matched against predators, aliens and the like
