Fight takes place in the city of New York. No prep. ST has morals. HT has no morals. Winner by K.O. or Death Who wins?

Swamp thing is immortal as long as there is 1 plant in the Universe (never stated loss by BFR). Swamp thing also has moisture that helps him against fire. Swamp thing can be made of every plant on Earth at once and bash the Torch's skull in. Swamp thing wins.

Morals off Johnny probably has the capacity to take ST out, but not before ST takes him out.

No he hasn't. Even if the fight takes place in a forest and if Johnny burns the whole place, ST could just appear anywhere else. And even if someone like Kid Buu destroyed the entire Earth, Swamp Thing could appear in another planet.

That's the thing, Johnny's supernova has the capacity to exterminate life on the entire planet, but that's not exactly an ideal tactic for taking out a single opponent and he would be easily KO'd before he accomplished such a task, and he would never do such a thing with morals on.

Not really. Here is ST regenerating after firestorm burns away all plant life.

Human Torch would literally have to burn away all the soil on the planet. Swamp Thing can regenerate not just from any vegetative material, but any minerals.

Classic could take on a thousand human torches and not break a sweat. I'm not sure about current levels. Either way, it's unlikely HT could ever take out ST.
