Iceman. And the setting is a little unfair IMO.

The setting is completely Bias and Iceman would still win, he is OMEGA level, he can't be killed and even 616 iceman is starting to tap into his full potential.

Going with Iceman. He has the greater durability and he's almost impossible to kill. Melt of Iceman's arms and that's just fine. Freeze torch and break his arm off and he's a goner.

Iceman stomps. He can stop Johnny's powers easily like he did with Sunfire

Iceman wins.
