I don't know about the joker, but the hulk has good TP resistance. Emma frost and Xavior couldn't get inside the hulks head. As for wolverine... he has the worst(if any) TP resistance.

It was stated in the wolverine goes to hell arc that he is susceptible to telepathy because of the way is mind is.

Hulk has been mind controlled into attacking the Avengers a few times. (as prof.Hulk and by hypnotics) I think you'd have to specify which version of him. Joker as far as I know plan out can not be mind controlled at all. So yeah, I'd say Joker is more resistant since he's just plane insane. Even savage Hulk still has a little bit of Banner's mind in him that (might be able to be reached) Joker's mind on the other hand would just be too confusing to put together. Classic Wolverine gave Prof.x and Jean problems because he had mental blocks but they still were able to at least take a look in his mind for a short time. Not sure if the sane can be said for the other two on the list.

(2 and 3 could go either way. I mean maybe Wolvie's adamantium skull can protect his brain more, I dunno? Hulk is pretty good to but got overwelmed by Enchantress.)

Hulk probably takes the most of it.

i 'd say hulk since he can be pure rage and than the joker 'cause he is totally crazy , wolverine can resist to it too but not like them. actually in this case joker can be as resistant as the hulk..,i don't know

Have to wait for some Batman experts to get in here but I'm pretty sure Joker did once get turned good for one issue via hypnosis but on the other hand MM can't break through so I'm thinking Joker is like 98% resistant. Hulk is probably right around the same. Wolverine I've never seen be mind controlled but he definitely isn't as resistant as the others because Prof.X has been able to get through to him lots of times... Yeah. It is very close.

Dont think it would have anything to do with experience . Raged Hulk and Joker don't have to 'try blocking mental attacks, it's that no one can. Wolverine probably does now since Proff.x unlocked bits of his mind for him but before he was the same way.
