Well if we're doing it that way, The Doctor does this on his own. It's easy to just demolish him, but I thought the reason for the "human superheroes" was to make it a challenge, not just a beat down, so I was going with characters that don't have vast powers and were completely human.

Green Lantern (Hal, Kyle, John, Guy) is human.

Quasar (Wendell) is a human.

Nova is a human.

Dr. Strange is a human.

Dr. Fate is (nominally) a human.

Any of these five can beat Hulk by themselves.

I thought human meant non-super humans.

Ironman is kind of like the hulk in a way. Stark = banner (non-powered smart guys)
Transformation into super powered beast (put on a suit, hulk-out)

It sounds like he's looking for guys like punisher, maybe taskmaster, those kinds of guys.

I took human as not to be alien like Silver Surfer.

But I guess Herc and Thor are gods, so they could not count.
But Wolverine is mutant, so he wouldn't either.
