Hulk vs The doctor

Prep Time one month. Hulk is Banner during the prep time and has reed richards,tony stark and lex luthor to help him with prep.

They have some knowledge about each other .

Hulk easily. This doctor person will probably have to be on TOAAs level to beat hulk in this case. You even added Lex luthor to the fight, He is basically like the best war commander ever an smartest person in the comic book world.

Dormammu defeated the Hulk, and Dormammu ain't at the TOAA level or even LT level for that matter.

The Doctor with prep is impossible to beat. If it was a random encounter then the Hulk wins by a wide margin.

If it was just Bruce Banner with Ultimate Nullifier, then the Doctor loses even with his Time Vortex.

But so far its a spite thread.

Wait wait wait. A month's prep time, with the Doctor, no morals?! What did Hulk do to you? What possible horrific atrocity could he have inflicted upon you to inspire such deep, dark, hatred?

The Doctor is better than Batman with prep, he himself has said the following, "Good men don't need rules. That's why I have so many." No rules, Doctor does such horrible things to Hulk that Hulk fears him more than the Void.

The Doctor has so many ways in which he could absolutely destroy Hulk.

I legitimately and wholeheartedly believe the Doctor could defeat any foe imaginable with that amount of prep.

The Doctor defeats omnipotent foes once a week. The hulk wouldn't even be given a special in his show. The Hulk is nothing compared to some of the foes the Doctor has beaten. He's defeated skyfather level foes, the freaking devil, an army of Daleks that could have conquered or destroyed the multiverse, and did I mention the devil?

Doctor Wins. He could (based on actual feats):

1. Create a device to kill the Hulk, in little to no time at all he created a device that would kill every being in a radius that encompassed a distance at least the Earth's diameter.
2. Become a universal level being and remove the Hulk from time and space (he did this in a Doctor Who comic, back in the Tom Baker era).
3. Teleport the Hulk into space, and let him run out of oxygen and KO himself, then die.
4. Drop the Hulk off at the end of time and let him die during the collapse of the Universe
5. Drop the Hulk in a black hole
6. Solve the Universal Equation and remove Banner from the universe or simply erase the Hulk persona if he was feeling merciful
7. Trap Banner in the heart of a dwarf star
8. Trap Banner inside of a mirrior

And so many others...

That's not true.... Certain events are crucial to time and certain ones are not. If anything he should kill the Hulk purely because an alternate future version of himself came back in time and tried to create his own paradox...

Except this Doctors morals are off. He's capable of doing that with no morals. The Doctor with no morals is basically The Master who is definitely capable of doing that.

I believe some of them are....

I actually know a lot of Marines, as well as people in the Army Reserves. Most of them became comic book nerds and WoW zombies while in the Marines and in the Army because they had nothing better to do to pass the time while they were on base. In fact, most of them that I grew up with kind of surprised me when they started talking about that stuff, considering I hadn't seen them in awhile and they seemed like the type to never pick up a comic book, even if their life depended on it.

I even know a couple who became DnD fanatics, and I hang out with a couple now.
