Quasar stomps horribly... Quasar will drain Hulk and Hulk doesn't have more energy than Jack of Hearts, he can't take what Quasar will bring.

If I would have to give it trough power level, I would give it Quasar, but not in stomp against WB Hulk. Quasar can make constructs that will cut Hulk into pieces, sooner or later, like in fight against Hal - it wouldn't be a stomp, but Wendell would win in the end.

Point is that Quasar's most important power is energy drainning. He was able to drain Jack of Hearts, he was able to channel star's energy to punch Watcher, he was able to absorb Firelrod's heat and Surfer's power cosmic (yet, heralds can always absorb more energy from Astral Plane, while Hulk can't do anytihng similar).

Hulk has limitted portion of energy. Quasar's feats are above this limit, so it is bassically kryptonite-man vs. Superman...
