I'll rephrase that: you're confused.  Parallax can take on the whole Justice League and win; what makes you think Hulk would stand even a tiny chance?  Both Black Bolt and Thor would be devastated by Parallax.  He could take on both of them simultaneously with little trouble.

Parallax could blink and beat him.

Parallax creates a black hole inside hulk and hulk implodes, end of story. 

Reality Warping > Berserker strength and durability.

ridiculous...for every hulk fan boy there's a 20 hulk haters....the big guy wiped out the east and west coast avengers...all of the X-MEN, thor...etc etc (than KNOWINGLY went toe to toe with Zeus (A SKY FATHER) albeit it got his butt kicked up and down but that's what he went for. His strength has "NO FINITE BOUNDS"....Parallax's biggest strength is FEAR ...last time I checked the green guy wasn't afraid of MUCH...not sure which version of hulk herer but WWH NO PROBLEM...world BREAKER HULK...ABSOLUTELY DESTROYS PARALLAX

Yeah i think i exaggerated a bit there but take Arkillo for instance he would bury the Hulk, i know he is an elite but yeah... this needs to be locked.

This is entirely unfair (for the Hulk, btw)
