World Breaker Hulk might be able to take this. Classic Thor vs. Classic Majestic, I think is a pretty fair fight. Majestic has the speed advantage, I won't debate that. But I don't think it's enough of a difference in speed to guarantee a win for him. Thor has the versatility advantage, superior weaponry, they are pretty equal in terms of combat prowess, reflexes I think they are about even, strength I'm going with Thor. So Classic Hulk = Non-Factor, this battle will eventually take flight, there is no doubt, and from here Hulk loses. In terms of prep, there are plenty of tasty Asgaardian artifacts that would give Thor a pretty good edge against Majestic. But if we're assuming that prep is only to be allowed for tactical purposes, then I think Thor and Majestic will still remain pretty even.
So to sum up, I see the battle going like this:
Hulk: 0/10
Thor: 5/10
Majestic: 5/10
With access to outside weaponry from allies from prep, I see this:
Hulk: 0/10 (Sorry Bruce)
Thor: 6/10
Majestic: 4/10
Note: Wild CATS shouldn't be underestimated in their technology and the help they may provide. However Thor just has access to more (I'm assuming he's not allowed to borrow OF).
