Hulk had tons of more feats and was more impressive due to the plot.

I want to say Kilowog based off him being a Lantern but he didn't do what Hal did.

Considering Kilowog was an experienced Lantern and Hal was just getting started, it's reasonable to assume Kilowog would be able to do more than Hal.

it is not wise to make a fight involving a character that barely has any feats on his plate.

Kilowog couldn't hold back Parallax, neither could what I would assume were a team of the best Lanterns.
