Nope, nope he can't. That trick may do some serious harm to normal human durability, even scare wolverine a bit with its destructive power. But I don't imagine it doing much to Savage Hulk, atleast not enough to KO him or take him down. The whole X team had trouble with WWH, who is physically weaker(Atleast so I'm told :P though the anger amping might make the difference) than his savage counter part. Either way the Hulk can take on teams of earthbound heroes, I don't imagine Cyclopse pulling a win out on the Hulk on his own, even if hes blasting away with a rediculous amount of force. "

if were using wwhulk then cyclops absolutely has no chance here

Hmmm, current Hulk hasn't been very impressive when it comes to durability.  Rulk literally killed him with a staff, as well as choked him out.  OoC, I fail to see why Cyc removing his visor wouldn't result in a KO, even if it is a brief KO.  We've seen him "kill" Apoc, Mr. Sinister and destroy a portion of a mountain with it.  Please don't bother bringing up the scan of Cyc unleashing on WWHulk...That is not the same version as current Hulk. "

Apoc and Sinister are no Hulk :P Rulk is a PIS monster that took on Odin Force Thor(Even started playing with mjolnir) and seemingly drained Norrin Radd, the master of draining Hulks into human form. Then went on to kill Strange, and the rest of his own team. The only survivor of Leobforce in that comic was Galactus, cosmic pimp slap. "

Any hulk could beat Cyke...And his prep isnt as impressive as people like Deathstroke, Batman, or BP.

Then I guess this goes to the Cyclops.Scot just removes his visor.

The only versions of Hulk who could actually beat Scot with ease are WWH,Mindless Hulk and Professor Hulk.

Although, if Scot isnt allowed to remove the visor he gets wrecked by Hulk and the X-men are going to have a new leader.

Hulk this is kind of spitish.

Cyclops could put some major hurt on the Hulk, at least most normal versions. However, it's doubtful he could ever beat the Hulk. Unless he uses that 30 minutes to call up someone like Havok.

If Cyclops keeps his optic blasts aimed at Hulk's eyes he'll be able to stop him. Can't hit what you can't see. As per how he's going to Incap him, I'm not sure. But Scott is smart enough. I'll give it to him.
