I think they would all kill each other, like so: Batman has anti hulk arrows, but hawkeye can't shoot them hard enough to pierce hulk's skin, hulk gets mad goes kills hawkeye, then batman grabs the arrow, wait till hulk tries to punch him, then using the hulk's own force stabs him with the anti-hulk arrow, but not before hulk reduces batman to a pile of bones. Hulk reverts to Bruce Banner, then bleeds out from his injury
Hawkeye flies two arrows in Hulk's eyes, piercing his skull, as well as rendering him blind. Then Hulk goes into a blind rage (literally) and fist stomps the floor, knocking Hawkeye and Batman out of balance. Knowing they're usless on the ground, Batman makes an impossible leap of faith and throws some Bat-Grenades towards Hulk. The grenades explode, doing minimal damage to the Hulk, and Hawkeye quickly reloads his bow with a trick arrow, an exploding boxing glove. The impact of the glove doesn't do sh*t to Hulk, but the explosion knocks Hulk to the floor, leaving him dazed for a few seconds. Batman seeks this oppurtunity to wear his brass knuckles and punch Hulk about a dozen times before the brass breaks. Hulk gets hold of Batma and begins crushing him with bare hands. Hawkeye, in the last moment for the sake of saving Batman, lets loose an adamantanium arrow into the Hulk's skull.
Or Hawkeye can shoot Hulk in the eye with a tranquilizer arrow and the Hulk's regeneration skills heal his eye before he completely transforms back to the unconscious Bruce Banner.
@troller: And Hulk will wait for the arrow...Despite the prep factor, Hulk is too big to lose. Only another serious tank should be able to beat Hulk. Everything else (for me) is bad writing.
